At Vital Inspired Paws, we strive to deliver your pet’s wellness essentials as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping standards and timelines below.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping across the United States to keep your costs predictable.

• Standard Shipping: $6.95 flat rate for orders under $59.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $59 (pre-tax total).

• Delivery Timelines: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once in transit, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

2. Fulfillment & Dropshipping Disclosure

To provide the widest variety of high-quality supplements, we partner with specialized fulfillment centers and trusted suppliers (including PetDropshipper and Spocket).

• Multiple Shipments: If you order products from different categories (e.g., a CBD treat and a standard joint supplement), your items may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each shipment.

• Order Tracking: As soon as your items leave the warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

3. Shipping Carriers

We utilize a variety of carriers to ensure the best service, primarily:

• UPS (Primary carrier for most supplement orders)

• USPS (Typically used for smaller packages or residential deliveries)

4. Geographical Restrictions (CBD Products)

Due to varying state regulations regarding the sale and transport of CBD-derived products, we are currently unable to ship CBD items to the following states:

• Alabama

• Idaho

• North Dakota

If an order containing CBD is placed for a delivery address in these states, the CBD portion of the order will be cancelled and refunded. Non-CBD items in the same order will ship as usual.

5. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@vitalinspiredpaws.com within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to investigate the claim.
