By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Health Disclaimer (Pet Supplements)

• Not Veterinary Advice: The information provided on this website, including text, graphics, and images, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Consult Your Vet: Always seek the advice of your veterinarian or other qualified pet health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or the introduction of new supplements to your pet's diet.

• Individual Results: Results from supplements may vary. Descriptions of benefits are based on ingredient profiles and general pet health standards, not guaranteed outcomes for every animal.

3. CBD and Regulatory Compliance

• Regional Restrictions: In compliance with state regulations, Vital Inspired Paws does not ship CBD-containing products to Idaho, Alabama, or North Dakota. By purchasing, you certify that you are complying with your local state laws regarding the possession and use of hemp-derived products.

• Product Safety: All CBD products are derived from industrial hemp and contain 0.3% THC or less. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request.

4. Products and Pricing

• We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be precise.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment

• Threshold: Orders over $59 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under this amount are subject to a flat rate of $6.95.

• Processing: Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.

• Third-Party Fulfillment: Some items may be fulfilled via our partner suppliers (Spocket, PetDropshipper, or Suzie’s Pet Treats). Shipping times may vary based on the supplier’s location.

6. Returns and Refund Policy

• 30-Day Vitality Guarantee: If you do not see a positive change in your pet’s vitality within 30 days, you are eligible for a refund on your first purchase of that product.

• Consumables: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened supplement containers. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days at the customer's expense to our registered agent address: 1603 Capitol Ave., Suite 413, Cheyenne, WY 82001.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Vital Inspired Paws (Green Tails Gear, LLC), our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.
